ROLE OVERVIEW
As a Junior Executive, you will support our work for both clients and new business
opportunities across a range of industries. This is a generalist entry-level role, offering
exposure to corporate communications, media relations and digital and marketing
communications.
You’ll have the opportunity to build a broad foundation in strategic communications, while
developing skills in research, content, writing, digital channels and campaign delivery. You
can expect structured development from day one: formal training sessions, regular
feedback and exposure to senior colleagues across the business.
You’ll join client calls and internal meetings early on to observe, learn and contribute. As
your confidence grows, you’ll support with presenting updates, drafting materials and
helping prepare for discussions with clients and partners.
We’re looking for someone curious, creative and proactive – someone who brings ideas,
takes initiative and enjoys working collaboratively. You’ll be part of Pagefield’s sociable and
supportive culture, with access to training, mentoring opportunities, company away days
and a vibrant calendar of team events.
Pagefield’s company values are key to the success of our employees. Collaboratively
familial, restlessly entrepreneurial, strategically connected, creatively impactful and
intelligently challenging. You will need to embody each of these values, seeking out ways to
showcase these within your role, whether that be through investing time into networking,
enquiring about additional training to be able to contribute more to creative and strategic
conversations or offering mentoring opportunities to other colleagues.
