Stephen Pegge OBE had a distinguished career in finance as a senior executive with Lloyds Banking Group both in Commercial Banking and Corporate Affairs and then as Managing Director of UK Finance leading on commercial finance, data and research and sustainability. He was appointed vice chair of the Risk Free Rates Working Group by the Bank of England and the FCA to lead LIBOR transition and led the finance industries response to COVID.
Having chaired one of HM King’s charities for nine years, he is now a director of UK Business Angels Association, a trustee of Shaw Trust, the employability charity, is vice chair of Shaw Education Trust, one of the largest Multi- Academy Trusts and as a member of the Creative Industries Council, chairs access to finance and investment.
