Luke is a Senior Consultant at Pagefield Group, advising businesses on their public affairs and policy positioning in Westminster.
Luke has deep expertise in Labour Party politics, having worked for three MPs. He started his career as an intern to Ed Balls during his time as Shadow Chancellor, before working as a Parliamentary Assistant after the 2017 General Election for a backbencher. He served as a senior adviser to James Murray, as part of the successful Shadow Treasury team in opposition and through Labour’s 2024 General Election win.
Alongside his experience in Westminster politics, Luke has advised on high-stakes campaigns, including working with the hospitality industry during the COVID pandemic.
He spent a period in Brussels immediately after the Brexit referendum, advocating for UK universities on research and innovation policy, and has also worked at a major global communications agency.
He holds degrees from the University of Leeds and the University of Oxford.
